Right now I'd rather watch Masterpiece Theater than the Celtics.  It's more exciting and appeals to a younger demographic.

I feel like I'm punishing myself by watching this game.  I'm just sick of this stuff.  I want to watch a good team again.  I've been making excuses and trying to ignore things for the past month or so, but this team has been really bad.  This team has just looked like crap compared to how they ought to be playing.  I don't care about injuries, it's not enough.  The Portland Trailblazers have the heart and the focus to find ways to win even with all their injuries.

This is on the players and the coaches.  This is about intensity and desire and focus.  This team has really let us down.  They need to get it together soon or we're going to wake up and the season is going to be over.

Midway through the second half the Mavs are shooting over 80% WOW.

Where are the excuses --- the blind optimists aren't posting right now because even they can't come up with anything positive to say about this.  Injuries are part of the game.  The fatigue excuse can't be used tonight as it has been SO OFTEN here.

Where are the excuses now???

this was insanely bad and to be honest i blame this on the attitude sheed has brought to this team.. This whole half is just sheed in a nutshell

How...?

I mean... just... how...?

hes a lazy basetball player, is always unmotivated, and simply doesnt show up games at a time!

Weird...
I never heard any team he's played for complain about any of this stuff...
He racks up techs, sure, but last time i checked his teamates and coaches love him and he was a key piece of a championship team and can hopefully be just that this season.

Right, back from slight afk-land. Working on a design while watching the game.

Not getting any happier though. Darnit. Come on C's, close this out properly with a W. We won 2 quarters, let's win a third one along with the game.

Kiorrik please enlighten us with some positivity it's needed right about now.  After 3 days off to see the C's being embarrassed in this fashion against a tired Dallas team is shocking.  All of the points Orlando, myself and a few others have been bringing up these last couple weeks under much criticism here have all come to fruition.  Every single one of them is now painfully evident.
Hard to tell sarcasm from honest questions on the net. If you want positivity; go read the first half comments when you were miraculously absent.

Do you show up when games go bad or do games go bad when you show up? :p Jinxer!

This team cannot play when they are down. At all. Another choke job. Getting embarrassed out there by a team that is playing on a back-to-back.

Getting KG back is going to be great.

[dang]. C's really miss KG's intensity out there. I don't care what anyone says. KG puts the intensity into this team.

Dirk must feel like he just got let out of jail. There's no way he does anything if KG is in the game.

Good night. We'll see if Glenn "Doc" Rivers' prognosis of KG being back on Friday is realistic or just more BS.

There needs to be a change somewhere on this team. This really makes me so mad. I mean we won with KG out of the lineup last season so i am sick of hearing no KG this is why. I am so mad

Dallas got lucky tonight ... 80% shooting from the field in the second half.

What I've seen is
Scal on Dirk=dirk scores easily, has no problems,
Baby on Dirk=dirk scores easily, has no problems
Sheed on Dirk=dirk scores, has more difficulty, has turned the ball over

I think its obvious we could use a long, athletic tall player (ala Dominic McGuire, Sean Williams) who has a defensive mindset. It wont hurt to put a guy like that on the roster, because thats how most 4's and 5's are in the league now, anyways.

I'm not even surprised or annoyed by the Celtics playing bad and dropping another game they could have won.

I'm just disappointed, and tired of it.
