The sky is the limit with what Bosh might could end up being as a player.I think he has been limited in Toronto with subpar coaching, and medicore players around him, etc.Put him in the right situation with a team like the Lakers,he will or might take his game to the next level in a hurry.

Alright, Toronto would be retarded to do this from a talent perspective...but they need money, right? And Bosh is gonna leave anyway in the summer because its freaking Toronto and they suck/its cold/no market. Wow. This could probably happen, and if it does it will be absolute BS.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Isn't Bynum a BYC player? Wouldn't more have to go Toronto's way than just Bynum, salary cap speaking wise?  Something like Morrison and Farmar or Walton and Brown?
Bynum + Morrison + Farmer or Brown

or

Bynum + Morrison + Mbenga + Powell

Those seem to be the two most straight forward trade ideas. Maybe combine the two and get the Raptors to throw in Rasho Nesterovic. Give the Lakers a more physical center. A different type of player to throw into the game when necessary.

Edit: I like this trade for the Lakers

Bynum + Morrison + Vujacic + Farmer for Bosh + Jack + Rasho.

The Lakers get their primary backup point guard and future replacement for Fisher. They get Bosh. And they get Rasho's big bodied self as a fourth big. The Lakers were already using Shannon Brown as the backup SG for a good chunk of the season earlier this year so their wing rotation won't be put out.

Yes, I think Chris Bosh has been held back by the Raptors. Particularly on the defensive end. I think he'll flourish in a team environment that actually has several defensive players who compete and who can follow/execute the team's defensive strategies/rotations.

And by one player in particular, Andrea Bargnani. As much as players like Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan make their teammates lives easier ... players like Bargnani make their lives worse. They kill their teammates energy and intensity with their selfish play.

That Lakers team would be devastating ... frightening lineup with Bosh on board.

Excellent trade for Toronto too. The certainty of Bynum is better than the uncertainty of Bosh. Plus I think Bynum will fulfill a lot more of his potential in a situation where he's allowed to be the hub of the offense. Once he has that scoring opportunity, I think he'll start to improve the other areas of his game over time.

Plus he would be a great fit next to Bargani who is pretty much a clone of Dirk Nowitzki or close to it. Bargani from the outside, Bynum on the inside.
It would work very well offensively but Bargnani isn't capable of defending power forwards. He's a lot more effective defensively versus slow footed players. He struggles away from the paint, particularly off the low post. He can't defend the perimeter and he can't defend athletes.

If the Raptors beefed up their perimeter defense they could probably get away with it though. Due to Bynum's + Bargnani's length on either side of the paint. They could hide him so to speak.

Not an ideal situation. It's a difficult scenario defensively.

you are exactly right...On one hand i would like to see Bosh get this opportunity because i feel he deserves better but on the other hand it makes our teams job tougher.tp

if the Raptors believe Bosh is a goner... Andrew Bynum is probably the best thing they can possibly get.  That kid is legit.

Yea a Bynum, Bargani, Turkoglu front court would be really good.

As opposed to a Bosh, barg, Turk front court?  I can't tell if you're joking or not

seriously, if this happens, I quit life.

Bosh is about 15 times better than Bynum, who sucks so so hard and preys on inferior competition.

I agree. They blew it with Bosh. They should take it. Try to get a draft pick, a million bucks, and Morrison or Farmar thrown in or something.

I guess they can't get much better like Beasley or something.

Too bad for them that they can't get some youth like call up the Warriors or try to get one of those nice new pgs, but Bosh probably wouldn't stay with those teams

Ainge should call up now and be like "I can do better. How do you like Rondo and Sheed or BBD?"

I wouldn't trade Rondo for Bosh straight up. He does so much more for a team.

What if you were 100% sure the Lakers were about to get Bosh for Bynum?

Actually I don't think Rondo and Sheed's salary matches up with Bosh. I think we'd have to throw in Scala

I bet it's just LA media fabricating a story to see the reaction. Toronto would lose big time in this trade.

True, but they'll lose even bigger when Bosh walks

Which is exactly why Toronto isn't going to pull this trade. Then again they DID sign Heo for big money...

If Bosh get traded, I would love it to be San Antonio Spurs. Bosh and Timmy would be WOW!!! Maybe they can trade Jefferson for Bosh. Imagine a starting lineup of

Parker
Manu
Finley
Bosh
Duncan
