Rondo rules. I love him. He's taking over, or at least trying to.

I don't think that was a good screen. He didn't get set in time. But yeh, crappy officiating.

I used to think that a great player gets more calls,

right now, it looks like getting calls makes you a great player.

So far, it h refs called it both ways, we would be up by 5. We look better team and were minus our top scorer

Rondo's definitely playing differently with no PP.

In a good way or a badway?

Good question.  I didn't see the first 5 minutes of the game, but what I've seen since seems pretty forced on offense.
Yup

Alvin and the Chipmunks always drove me up the wall ... no way I could stand them for 90 minutes.

Big Baby is back and looks OK so far (rebound wise). Rondo is taking the game over, keep it up!

We need him to take over if everybody else is gonna keep bricking shots.

Contested how? Because there's a player between him and the basket? I haven't seen even a hand in his face, let alone any decent defense on him.
Are we really watching the same game?

Just because Carter creates "separation" by falling backwards doesn't make the shot uncontested. Or good, for that matter. Scal's doing just fine.

Right. And he has 0 assists, 0 steals, and 5 turnovers to show for it.

Yeah, we must be watching different games, cuz Scal's next to useless ... on both ends.

seriously half of these charges have been bullEdited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.

I don't think it has anything to do with Pierce's absence, his decision making always goes down versus Orlando.

Most of Rondo's turnovers come from "offensive fouls" <- three thirds of them are rather weak.

6 turnovers but 2 are horrible offensive foul calls. At least one of the other ones wasn't his fault, so really not that telling a stat.

How can Dwight Howard have been in the league so long and have such horrible one-on-one offensive moves? They are non-existent. Perk had none when he came in the league, he has worked at it and now he is a very good post player. I know Ewing works with Howard but apparently he is a horrible student. Just no moves, post-up or facing the basket.

Right. And he has 0 assists, 0 steals, and 5 turnovers to show for it.

Stats don't tell the whole story. He's the one really sparking the offense right now - or at least trying to.

With that said, he'd have at least 5 assists if the guys would just hit open shots.
