LeBron is taking his showboating to Terrel Owens levels.  It's obnoxious.

KG's antics are definitely irritating to opposing teams, but they're not much different from the testicles dances, the Kobe-poses and what-not that every team's flamboyant representative pulls off.  LeBron's antics belong to a much more extravagant and tastless club, with members like Nate Robinson.

Just in regards to the Lebron Jig, I thought the NBA updated the rules this season to make excessive celebrating off the bench illegal unless there was a significant play?

Surely that stupid dancing is not allowed in that case... (To be fair I think that rule is stupid, but you just have to hope your marquee league player is not a **** and taunting the opposition in a blowout).

you are missing a few things:

1. His commercials are EXTREMELY unfunny and overplayed
2. His crab dribble
3. He wore a Yankees cap to a CLEVELAND Indians game while they were playing the yankees in the playoffs!
4. The media refuses to say anything bad about him
5. He comments on leaving the Cavaliers DURING THE SEASON
6. He draws attention to himself by saying that he's going to change his number out of his "love" for MJ. How about Bill Russell, LeBron? All he did was win 11 championships in a timeperiod where he couldnt even go out to eat with his teammates because of his skin color. Only giving love to MJ just shows his lack of knowledge.
7. Was near the top of the league last year in minutes played yet averaged just under 2 fouls per game...how is that possible??!!
8. He whined to the media about how Mo Williams wasn't voted into the all star game and used his pull to get him voted in when their were so many better options
9. He whined about Big Z's minutes when he should of been more worried about his teams performance
10. He's over dramatic about getting hurt
11. After losing game 7 to the celtics in 2008, he seemed more worried about where his and paul pierces duel would go down in history
12. He basically said that he could never imagine a women player in the league while he's still there.
13. He copied MJ(KG too?) by throwing the powder in the air before the game

At this point, I don't see how any one can like LeBron James...

The excessive celebrating I figure is par for the course for the Cavs after what I saw last April and honestly I have so many reasons to dislike them that I didn't even blink at the dancing.

What surprised me was that he actually took time in between free throws whilst the other 9 players on the court were in position to put the game on hold so he could exchange words with someone on the bench. Seriously?

You know what would make me smile?  When the Cavs come to play in Boston, play some Dropkick Murphys over the PA, and hire Papelbon to dance his little jig right in front of the Cavs bench.

I'm not a big fan of LBJ cause I love the Celtics and I love to see his behind get wooped by our team, but that is one great player and person in the league.
Can't you people remmember that he enterd the league when he was 18 years old? He didn't play one game and he signed a +100 million dollars worth of contracts and was expeceted/projected to be and air of Kobe and MJ...
How many people could handle all that the way he did, and so far his record is spotless in my book.
I hate all the reff love he is getting and many other things, but I respect him a lot and the reason you guys hate him so bad is the media. The are on his back waiting to slip up 24 hours a day, imagine that you were in his shoes! They are asking him about anything and everthing and of course he has his own opinions.
IMO a woman will never ever ever play in the NBA for many reasons:
1. they got WNBA
2. No female can match NBA player level of fitness and strenght
3. it would be disrespectfull

I really don't get the whole fuss about hating on LeBron. If you look at KG, Wallace, Pierce, Perk... there's a lot more reason to hate those guys than there is to hate LeBron imo. And again, your no.1 reason has a boy tell some reporter (that's obviously asking biased questions) that LBJ is just a regular guy, and that he (while being the main topic in this whole conversation) doesn't care about the tape being confiscated?

Agreed.  The Lebron hate on here is laughable.  The whole not shaking hands thing is a joke.  You know who else didn't shake hands with his opponent when he was eliminated from the playoffs?  Larry Bird.  He wasn't there to make friends.  He was there to win.

And like kiorrik said, all that kid in the video could say was how great a guy Lebron was.  Yeah, he sure seems like a classless punk.

Hubie Brown has "no idea" what Noah is upset with Lebron about?  Was he broadcasting the game? 

Lebron is a fantastic talent, no doubt.  But the league anointed him the next one before he even took the court.  That entitlement extends to every part of his game.  The most annoying to me by far is how he checks his face for blood after every non-call.  It is utterly ridiculous, one of the biggest strongest guys in the league, acting wounded beyond belief.  It is utterly childish and exactly how a 5 yr old acts when not getting his way with a parent, teacher, coach, etc.  It is beneath him to act this way, and diminishes his indisputable talent.
