One positive I can think of: at least we don't have to worry about another super-close shoulda-won-it heartbreaking loss.  This one's gonna be a good old fashioned shellacking.

Pathetic performance by the defensive backfield of the Patriots tonight. Wilhite should never see the field ever again. He has been awful. Merriweather has been invisible. McGowan..is he even playing I haven't heard his name once. Bodden has looked old and slow.  

Can't describe how bad they have looked. Oooops. I guess I just did.

Pats are getting outplayed by a wide margin, but they were just down one score a minute ago.

I really don't know how this Saint offense can be stopped.  They do seemingly normal things that make good defenses look absolutely horrendous.  How does that happen?
