I want to punch something right now but I don't want to break my hand or do damage to the wall (which I'd have to pay for).

Punch with the side of your hand. Hurt's but doesn't break...99% of the time.

Rodney is right, Belichik just told his defense that he has no faith in them.

I don't find any fault with Bill's call, he saw his defense was tired and worn out, the Colts made a couple nice drives on previous possessions.

If Brady's pass was better or if Faulk catches the throw clean, it's game over for the Colts, and everyone would be saying the same stuff about how Bill's the master, the genius and what a gutsy call it was. (Remember the Pats taking the saftey a few years back?)

The loss you can point to the defense or you can point to the huge fumble by Maroney at their goal line.

I wasn't expecting our defense to shut down the Colts, and I sure as heck wasn't expecting a fumble by our starting RB on the freaking 1.

that is a 1st down!!!

It shouldn't be.

I don't know if it was a first down but it was a bad spot. that ref couldn't see when he had possession

I think the announcers did a good job showing that he hadn't made the catch prior to being pushed backward.  He was down before the first down line.

But he did get control before he hit the ground. The spot was where he hit the ground. The other view contradicted Al Michaels. Not saying it was going to be a first. just close.

You knew the Ciolts would win when they called the bogus pass interference.  Sure, the Pats had their chances, but the officials took it away at the end.

Belichick a sore loser.

Is anyone a good loser?

I'm so fueled with anger right now.

Believe it or not, I honestly don't have a problem with them going for it on that 4th down.  The defense was gased, they were getting owned throughout the 4th quarter, and I honestly think the defense would've given up a touchdown regardless if we punted it or not.  I just got that sense with how the fourth quarter was going.
If you watch that 4th down play, Welker was open WAY more than Faulk who he ended up throwing to.  Just not good play calling and execution down the stretch by the Pats.

Regardless, up 31-14...I don't care that it's Peyton Manning, I don't care that it's the undefeated Colts, there's no excuse for losing when up by 17 points with 12 minutes to go in the game.

That was the definition of meltdown right there.

Run a draw on third down if your thinking 2 downs to get the 1st. The draw was gashing them all game and they were blitzing on 3rd.

Agreed.

But run the draw with Faulk and not Lawrence.

Agreed, I was perplexed as to why they didn't run the ball on third down.
