Rondo and Paul had to be separated after the game after Rondo went over to Chris Paul, who was talking to Paul Pierce at the time, and starting saying stuff. Paul threw his hands in the air and said something back at Rondo who then appeared to get a little heated and the two were separated by a group of Celtics.

Don't know what Rondo was doing as it appeared he tried to provoke the incident. Maybe more will be forthcoming from the media.

It looked like it started with the double T's earlier. Its just the competitive nature.

Did this drop his market value?

Still after the game you have to put that stuff away. He's a pro now.

Hopefully this gets blown under the carpet but knowing the hype machince that is the National Media, I'd say Rondo starts to get labelled a Punk.

Personally, I can't tell from what I saw who said or started what or even if Rondo went over to Paul. They were standing by the Celtics bench and he could have been on the way to the lockerroom.
I don't think it's a big deal and speculation about this event is not needed. If they start a brawl their next meeting then I'll rethink that.

Still after the game you have to put that stuff away. He's a pro now.

If this had happened with Kobe instead of Paul nobody would have had a problem with it.

yes. I think it also works with J Noah and Ron Artest.

Ok, it goes deeper now...
Quote
Hornets point guard Chris Paul had to be held back after Sunday's loss to the Celtics when he tried to enter Boston's locker room.

Paul and Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo both received technical fouls after exchanging words in the second quarter.

Boston won 97-87, while Paul posted 22 points and eight assists.

I hate Paul too. but I hate fight instigators too and love Rondo and don't want to think of him in that light.

Rondo is just one of several guys on our team who loves to talk trash.  I'd prefer that the talking stops when the game is over, but inevitably there's going to be some spill over.

Rondo is fiery and competitive.  He needs to reign that at times (i.e., you don't want to be getting into it with Kirk Hinrich), but overall I'd prefer him to be too aggressive rather than too timid.

That being said, I didn't see the altercation, so I can't really comment on it with any specificity.
