Yeah ... I think you could qualify them as stupid mistakes, but welcomed for us! Great concentration by Brady on that TD, and great work by Matt Light!

Always liked Taylor ... very strong runner and low center of gravity ... loves to "push the pile" ... offense is starting to click!

  • Let's Go Celtics
Today was a good win.  The defense shut down a very, very good offensive team.  Gonzalez was made pretty much invincible.

Brady and the offense still struggled.  With their brutal schedule, and the offense rusty, any win is a good win.  This will help them hold their head above water until that offense gets firing on all cylinders.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Well they ran the ball and kept it away from the Falcons. The Pats had a significant advantage in time of possession.  One reason the Pats defense was good in the second half is that everyone was well rested.

Pats have a couple of tough games coming up: Ravens then Denver.
If the Pats can play the way they played in the 2nd half last night, then they should be okay... hopefully Moss' back is okay.
