Ya know there's many times throughout my day when somebody does something really cool or unexpected (like bring in coffee and donuts for the whole office or whatever) and I saw give that man a Tommy Point. Then everyone looks at me like I'm crazy cuz nobody has any clue of what I'm talking about. Maybe I should be giving cdif points.

This is positive reinforcement only.I have something completely different for troublemakers.I am thinking about them having to explain themselves to Edgar.
