Mickael Pietrus will take Hinrich spot, he should already have it. That guy is a hell of a defender.
I don't necessarily disagree, however, I was thinking how, IMO, Pierce defended Kobe much better in the '08 Finals than Pietrus did in the '09 Finals. (Obviously, team defense is a factor here, but that considered, my opinion still stands.)

Best defender in the last decade and only has one DPOY to show for it. Only player I can really think of as a better defender in the last few years is probably Ben Wallace, at least before he completely fell apart.

I don't get why Camby was left off the list?  He's a great help side defender and defensive rebounder.
Because he's a poor post defender, and not even a good help defender. Instead of contesting a shot he'll go for the block, every time.

He's not a great post defender individually, but by going for blocks isn't he contending the shot?  He is probably top 3 in blocks per game in the last decade. Even if he doesn't get the block, he definitely affects other players' shots around the basket. I'm not saying he should be #1, but he should be ranked top 10 at least.  He won one DPOY, which is exactly the same number KG has won.

No going for a blocked shot isn't the same as rotating earlier and preventing the shot from happening or sealing the lane from penetration.

I like him, but Kirk Hinrich shouldn't be on that list.

Alonzo Mourning, Shaq, Kobe, Tayshaun Prince. Hinrich and Kidd are both question marks to me for top 10
Can't stop, Rondo!

You guys influenced me on this. I'd actually put Ron Artest on the list of worst defenders. When you have to pull a guy's pants down to play defense and he scores on you anyway you aren't a good defender. You're just desperate and pathetic
