Kelly Dwyer, to me, is one of the brightest minds and best writers covering the NBA... so it was cool to see him give KG the respect for his defense that he has earned for 10 years, not just since joining Boston.

Although as big as a KG backer as I am, I'm not sure I'd put him 3 spots ahead of Duncan.

Yeah, Battier's a little high I'd say - I'd bump him down to 5 and move everybody else up.  Good list though.

Rasheed Wallace should be in the top five on that list. Along with Deke, Duncan and KG. Not sure who my fifth guy would be though.

Ben Wallace, Shane Batter, Jason Kidd and/or Bruce Bowen are all reasonable choices.

yeah, Battier needs to slide down a few spots for sure.

And Sheed should be on that list too. Ben Wallace became even more deadly with Sheed at his side.

This is nice recognition for KG to be sure, but it kind of sells KG short to say he's the best defender of the last decade. I'm not suggesting KG is the NBA's all-time greatest defender (Russell, anyone?), but he's got to be very high on the all-time list, let alone the last decade.

I normally hate lists like this because the guys I like get slighted, but they got #1 right.  The impact he had on the C's in his initial year should say enough.

I don't get why Camby was left off the list?  He's a great help side defender and defensive rebounder.
