You really want to bulk at 6'1" and 220? I would cut down totally first (cutting cycle) to about 4% body fat, and start bulking correctly from there on.
Yeah, how heavy do you see yourself getting? I want to be about 6'4, 240, and that's about it. 6'1 220 seems kinda large, yah?

Russian Bear. It's sold at Vitamin Shoppe and is ridiculous, as well as being no-fat and healthy. Sounds crazy, I know, but it's ridiculous. Since then I've toned down about 5 pounds, with an approximate net gain of 8-10 lbs of muscle.
