I really don't care about his shooting. The only thing that concerns me regarding him aside from health, is that little by little he's becoming easier to guard... aside from that a lot of his success is tied up to our PG play, particularly with the role they have him playing. It's very important to give him the ball when he makes himself available, especially with an accurate pass. Rondo improved quite a bit in this regard last year (after he sucked ass early on in the season)... I expect him to keep improving.
As much as Cassell and Marbury sucked, one thing they did very well was timing their passes for people coming off screens and passing the ball accurately so that it allows a catch and shot guy to do everything in one fluid motion.
