What we need is more defense and rebounding from Baby, but it looks like he's still thinking about his offense.

Nothing wrong with him shooting 3 point shots if he makes enough of them. He already is playing 18 feet away from the basket much of the time. Moving a few feet back for a more valuable shot isn't a bad thing. KG's offense would be more effective if he moved two feet back and could make some of his long jumpers three pointers, if he could make them at a high rate.
