This should work under both cap and BYC rules.
Memphis cuts Pruitt before his deal becomes guaranteed, and receive TA to back up Mayo for free.

Boston deals Baby, scraps and a pick for Daniels and Dooling.
Indy gets Hayes for Daniels.
While complicated this works pretty well for all involved.
