I've seen reports that Scal to be included in a sign and trade for Daniels and I've seen reports that it will be Tony Allen.   Who would you rather trade if you had to choose?  Keep in mind that Daniels is also somewhat injury prone (only 1 season more than 70 games played) so if it's Tony traded away and Daniels gets hurt we would be left with Giddens and Walker as wing backups.  I also worry about Scal's future still with his head injuries even though I value his play.

is this one of those trick questions, like....

"which would you rather have? a piece of yummy cake? or a jab in the eye with a rusty knitting needle?"
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

haha I'm curious how many TA supporters that are left and would choose him over Scal.  TP for the line.

I'm a TA supporter, but it would make zero sense to keep TA and trade Scal. Unless there's another type of trade pending that requires TA over Scal.

While I agree the only thing that makes me nervous is if Daniels only plays around his average of 58 games a year then we are relying on Giddens and Walker as the next guys in line.  Allen at least provides a little more depth and insurance while Scal can only play the 3 in certain situations.  Yeah but in the end though I think would part ways with TA and I'm not that much of TA hater as some others on this board.

I just like the fact that Scal plays well with the starters and can really help spread the floor.  I just hope he is over his head woes.

the thought of TA being a primary back up at the SG and SF makes me ill.

I have confidence in Giddens. Plus, there should be a roster space available for another wing if needed be. I'm also not confident that we'll retain both Walker and Giddens, though I would like to.

Yeah, definitely Tony. I actually think Scal is a decent player. He seems to be in the right place at the right time more times then not. He plays decent D, rebounds at a decent rate and can shoot from the outside. Not to mention, he is one of the only redhead players in the league.
