Adam Warlock was the one who overthrew Thanos , or as he's often called the "Mad Titan". And Warlock used The Surfer and Galactus as pawns to do it.

Adam Warlock is a pansy who has no desire to conquer worlds.  It's against his supposed character.  Thanos and Zeus, on the other hand, are power hungry.

To be honest, I probably could've posted my team the past couple nights when I got home, but I was just too tired to either  A. start another religious argument, or  B. defend my team against Edgar saying dragqueens make bad world conquerors.
