Ice cream, and i agree it's not close.

you can get a much higher discrepancy in flavor and texture with cookies. I've yet to meet a brand of ice cream, if provided in the appropriate flavor, that i won't at least mildly enjoy.

It's not the same story on the cookie side.

oh, also, you can't burn ice cream and have an hour of cooking time and mouth watering anticipation go for naught.

I like those ice cream sandwiches with the ice cream between the big cookies...

Typical American greed. Have to have everything. Pfft.

Apparently I'm saved by the fine print:

*Ice cream based on cookies such as Oreo or Cookie Dough or even a Chipwich counts as Ice Cream.

  So there.

I've never really been huge on either

but when I was little, my mom would take two chocolate chip cookies, put ice cream in the middle and freeze overnight... that brings back memories

Ice cream is running away with it.  It's all going according to plan!
sometimes you have to bite your lip, exhale and move on.  So, I have.

Ice cream.  Not even a debate in my book.

I could eat ice cream in the dead of winter.  No problem.

I am a sucker for a fresh baked, a little doughy, chocolate chip cookie.

my mouth is watering...

But I have to go with ice cream.  I've always been crazy about it since I was a little kid.  I love sweet things either way and this is an incredibly difficult choice to make.
