I still have this gut feeling that Bron Bron, at his core, will not be about loyalty to the Cleveland fans and Ohio. It just doesn't fit in with his repertoire. I would love for him to stay there and think it would be a classy move in an otherwise already overhyped and narcissistic career that he's had. My biggest dislike with him is this way that he's so into himself. He's an amazing player and will probably win a few championships in his time, but he already carries himself like he is Michael Jordan. He's bought into his own hype, one that was given to him by the media before he's produced anything to the likeness of Jordan. Obviously, he's got a long career ahead of him, but I think he could be a little bit more humble considering he has ultimately not won anything yet. This whole "we are all witness" biblical innuendo makes me want to gag.
I think he bolts for the money and bigger markets next season, not for the best shot at a championship or to reward his faithful followers. Don't get me wrong, he's an absolutely incredible player, but he's all about the show, and I expect him to go where he can be a part of a bigger one than they got going on in Cleveland. If he leaves it, it means no Bosh, no Shaq, and no championship for Cleveland.
I honestly, for the good of the game, hope he proves me wrong.
