HEAT looking to get an all-star caliber player for a few borderline type guys....On the block are Ty Thomas, Morrow, James Harden, Yi, Jordan Hill.

We will take offers on anyone, but they are the ones most likely getting on a raft and leaving Cuba  :)

an all-star for border line guys.  where do i sign up for something like that

All Star caliber doesn't necessarily mean ALL STAR.  Just someone who may be in consideration as an all-star...

Like Vince Carter?

Ya, he's in that category...

He'd start at Hibbert, Thompson and another big piece.

Well Ive been toying with the Idea of putting Hedo on the trading block...Not sure I want to trade him but I will look at offers for him but if I was to trade him you would really have to overwhelm me.

This is more for me to see what I can get for him then to actually trading him.

If you have time, in a year or two that piece could be Austin Daye. Just saying.

Sure.  Gist, Erden and Almond.

Are you comparing those players to Daye? If Daye stayed in college he'd be a sure fire top ten pick next yr. Some team going for the future will want him. In the real NBA, considering Mike miller and Randy Foye got the #5 and poor contracts, I'd think Foye alone might have gotten the #15 (Daye). Now in this game we have here, obviously Foye has more value to a team this yr than Daye, but if I was voting for a future team I might go with Daye over the combo guard Foye. It's all about preference.

Gist is a SA stash player.  Look how well those guys (Scola, Manu) have done coming to the US.

Erden is a 2nd round pick of Ainge.  You know how he picks 2nd round gems.

Almond is Jazz player on the verge of something.

No thank you.  But I will sign Gabe Pruitt tonight and use that Danny Ainge 2nd round gem line ;)

I agree about Almond. I only wonder if that something is with the Jazz or elsewhere.
