  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Suns select Randy Livingston because we always felt like he belonged in the league as a second pg on a bad team or a third pg on a good team. The stupid way the NBA handles young not ready for prime time players is ridiculous, and its forcing guys like Randy here to either play for pittance in teh D-League, or go overseas.

Just a reminder that the free agent signing period and trading period end this Tuesday at 11:59pm.  Also, rosters must be trimmed to 15 players by this time.

With their delayed 15th round pick, the Heat are happy to select Corey Brewer

Taken in the 9th.

Steals this late will be hard to come by but my guess is someone picked up a player in the 15th round or free agency that is going to have a very good year and the pick will look like a steal in retrospect.

Better guess...someone will waive a pick from the 15th that someone else will pick up that breaks out next season.

HEAT looking to get an all-star caliber player for a few borderline type guys....On the block are Ty Thomas, Morrow, James Harden, Yi, Jordan Hill.

We will take offers on anyone, but they are the ones most likely getting on a raft and leaving Cuba  :)

Phoenix Suns hire John Calipari as Co-Head Coach. We have two head coaches. A two headed monster. The other one is the Ghost of Burgess Meredith.

Here here... I was hoping/praying that the 2007-08 Celtics signed Livingston as their 15th man. He would have done more than Gabe Pruitt did that year --- even if it was just help Rondo get better.

And it's why I hope they now sign some vet guys at the PG and backup big positions (Lue, Voskuhl, etc). They're not world-beaters but they know how to play the game in pressure situations.

I'm hoping that with Ainges in both Maine and Boston they'll use the D-League to learn about guy like Pruitt, Hudson, O'Bryant, etc. and stock the Celtics with proven NBA talent.
