I like your team
i dont know who earl clark is?

6'10" SF drafted by Phoenix.  Good passer, good mid-range game.

He's also a defensive stopper. I liked this news of Summer League:

Quote
In the Suns’ finale against the Clippers, Clark held No. 1 overall pick Blake Griffin to 6-for-16 shooting by constantly disrupting Griffin.  Clark stole the ball from him out on the perimeter twice and used his length to block his jump shot on a separate occasion.

I liked it less that in that same game Clark also attempted to inbound the ball to a referee...

Summer league is funny. There was a project I wanted to take, but he had a couple good summer league games but then also a couple really bad ones, where his play was especially dis-interested.

If a guy does well in summer league, it means almost nothing...if he is terrible, it means a lot.

By the way,

Just realized that last year's draft thread was 233 pages and we have just surpassed that with 3.5 days to go.  Impressive.  This could very well be the longest thread ever on CB.

Well, yes and no. Depending on how you see Thabeet, his summer league could mean nothing at all. I saw him as a project that would takea  couple of years to adjust to NBA strength and craftiness, so I'm not surprised.

Ya I tend ot agree with the logic that if you are a stud in the summer league it doesnt mean anything, but if you arent doing well in the summer league your most likely not going to cut it in the NBA

The Heat are looking for a solid SF.  PM with offers.  All offers come with a TP and any combo of players/picks will be considered.  No one is untouchable at this point.

Orlando is interested in moving into the top 5 or 6 spots of the 9th.

We can offer 9.23, and a late 10th (10.30), plus additional considerations if necessary, for your early 9th and a late round selection.

PM GC or myself, or find one of us in chat.

Our 10th is quite a bit better, as are our 11ths.  However, we won't get ripped off, either, meaning we want a decent 9th.
