It seems the suggestion is they could sign and trade varajao for artest and use the MLE on Ariza -- not that that makes any sense.

Difference is Cleveland's ownership is willing to go way over the luxury tax, while the C's ownership won't. We "could" sign and trade BBD for a big contract and give the full MLE to another player, but Wyc is not approving that.
