ok, it doesnt matter.  Adam morrison didnt help the lakers win a championship yet he was on the roster.  What matters are your players that actually play.  There are plenty of players out there.  There will be not shortage come free agency

That'll be the argument you make come the press conference time.

Some teams will be a solid 15 deep, and they'll make that arguement...really in the end its for the fans to decide.

If that is the going rate, we will match the 10 TPs plus throw in a non-coupon for Chicken Nuggets.

Its like the old policy on quarterbacks, "If you have two quarterbacks" You dont have any quarterbacks, if you expect to play 15 players you dont have a good team

When was the last time you had a championship team with 15 players that played.  For that matter who in the press conferences really said, "Man that guy i got in the 15th round really is gonna help me this year."

AP - Philadelphia -  Philly has been looking very hard at a lot of younger players to build their franchise around, even considering last years Rookie of the Year, Rose.  The team was looking to move down a few spots while gaining some value and still get their player but he seems to be a hot commodity.  Likewise it looks like the team will be staying at the 4th overall pick, and taking the best player left after the first 3 picks, which is a really nice consolation prize.

Guys picked in 13th round:
Jose Barea
Mardy Collins
Dan Gadzuric

Guys picked in the 14th:
Luc Mbah a Moute
Antoine Wright

Guys PIcked in the 15th:
Marcin Gortat
Rasual Butler
Flip Murray

Guys Signed in Free Agency:
Jason Thompson

Don't kid yourself that a guy signed outside of the first 12 rounds is a surefire non-producer.

Its all about saavy.

For things like this is why I think we should vote on that previous summers teams in February '10 during the all-star break, to see how those late picks panned out and whatnot.  Just to see how the rankings of the teams would have changed after seeing players production.

Dont Kid yourself and try to say that people thought that those guys would produce this year.  Nobody knew Marcin Gortat would be what he is.  Those guys will not go that low this year correct?  Which means the guys that do go that low this year will be question marks based on when we are voting on this whole thing.  Please Please send me a link from a press conference where somebody said, "Antoine Wright," is going to play significant minutes on this team.

Report out of Grizzlies camp is that they had scheduled a workout with 3rd year sensation Kevin Durant. However, they cancelled the workout once they heard that Durant was going even earlier than expected on draft day. Not commenting directly on this rumor General Manager KCatthestripe had this to say, " We're predicting that this entire draft is going young, we're going to have to plan accordingly."
