The Braves have hired Buffalo native, college basketball great, former dream teamer and NBA All-Star, Christian Laettner to their staff. GM Rebus Rankin had this to say, "At first, we were hesitant to hire Christian since he's not an NBA Hall of Famer. However he is a Buffalo native and a bright young mind. Plus he's tall and despite what some other teams might think, like Seattle, size matters."

Washington - Reports from the Washington DC Boxers are that an announcement on a major three team deal is imminent pending league approval and that it was a lot of work and would be too hard to make a 4 team deal now
