What are your summer goals?

I had a great Ray Allen trade idea but I elected to go with this thread instead  ;)

What are you planning to do this summer? Hitting the road on a trip? Traveling? Looking for a new job? buying a house? Anything! Just tell us what you hope to accomplish!?  :)

I have some goals:

- I recently moved out of my condo (btw, just got a lease signed this past weekend for tenants moving in July 1st!) and my goal is to buy a house before labor day.

- I received a tentative offer from Homeland Security. So hopefully that pans out before next fall.

- Last year I hit the road with my buddy with stops in Philly, NY and Baltimore. The year before I hit Chi-town and Wrigley. This year I plan to hit the mid-west again but this time I want to spend my tourist money in Detroit and/or Cleveland (haha, check out these videos) while taking in a ballgame.

Overall, I'm hoping this summer is filled with more adventure than in years past. Quality over Quantity this summer and of course a lot of pickup ball!

I'm looking to make as many dead presidents as I can before I head back to college in September.

Another goal is winning the championship in the summer league my friends and I have a team in.

1. Pass the MPRE.
2. Bike this http://www.catamounttrail.org/news/secondannualracetothetopofvermont/ and not finish dead last.
3. Find some time to go to the Montreal Jazz Festival.
4. Go camping.
5. Try not to spend more money on my mountain bike.

The closing date for the purchase of my first house is June 25th.  I have to get everything set up quickly for a big July 4th party.  I think I'll also compete in my first triathlon this year.

My constant summer plan is to have great vacation  ;D
This year it`s Madrid`s turn

Other than that i`ll try lose some weight and finaly use my bank account for the reason i opened it... Save some money!

I`ll also try to avoid setting a wedding date but i`m not too optimistic about this one LOL

Make money, write articles, quit smoking, enjoy Romania, Monaco, New York and Boston and get in shape to compete in a half-marathon this November then prepare for a full marathon (London) next year.

This is a good idea for a thread.

Well, I got finished traveling for a week around southern France with my girlfriend (who is from there.)  Now I'm in Barcelona where I've been transferred to for the summer by my job.  First week of September I'll head down to the Canary Islands and then a few days in Morocco. 

My goal is to enjoy and survive all of that, better my spanish, eat amazing food, and try to take time to read and write (which I don't do nearly enough of when I'm in Boston.)  If all goes well I'll be back in Boston the second week of September ready for preseason to start soon after.

Nice, congrats! Buying a house is a big step. That's one of my goals this summer.

you might want to quit smoking before coming to the states. The government here robs the smokers blind! From what I read on the news (and been told by my butt smoking friends) smokes are going up again! Already around $8 a pack!
