What's up with the huge lump on LeBron's jaw? (Merged)

Anyone else notice the significant, abnormal looking swelling Lebron has on the side of his jaw under his right ear?  It seems to be getting worse as the year goes on, and I don't remember it being there in years past.

Not sure what it is, but what I do know is that I have a close friend who happened to use PEDs for some time that had to have surgery on his jaw due to a complication in his use.

Anyone else see it?  Much ado about nothing?

yea...thats nice and all from him, but he's a pro athlete and i've heard the above or like it dozens of times from athletes who were later nailed for PED's.

Both of which have increased likelihood from PED use, am I right (see A-Rod's recent hip cyst removed, etc.).


BTW, not using "anything that's banned" is different than using "anything at all".  Love the rhetoric LeRoid uses.

The problem is, there's no medical issue to my knowledge that is caused exclusively by steroids.  There are certain side effects of prolonged use, but presence of a side effect alone isn't enough to prove somebody is guilty.
