Yup. Doc did a great job managing the fourth quarter, riding the bench as long as he could for the offense before turing the game over to the starters. He had more patience there than I would have had.

And then, he managed the last 10 seconds perfectly.

TP for Doc.

Can't believe that! That was an awesome final 4 minutes !
TP's for everyone who DIDN'T call this game over. If you did? Well, what do you say now?  ;D (all in good fun ;))
I kept the faith!

i'm a pushover. celtics win. all is good. tp's for all....but my point rings true ;D dont call them over when there is still time to play ;)

same here although i didnt post actively for fear of jinxing them.

Do I get a negative TP for believing this game was over?? :-[

After seeing Howard this series, he's kinda overrated. I rather have Yao Ming than Howard to be honest.

I agree about Howard.  I like Yao, but Id still take Howard just based on the ability to stay healthy alone.

Yes, but if Yao can stay healthy all year, I'll take him over Howard any day. But just because Yao is injury prone, I'll go with Howard. Yao is just a more talented player on the offensive end. Dwight has no skills but dunks and lobs.

I 100% agree.  I recieved a lot of criticism for saying that about Howard(his only offensive game is dunks) in the game thread in game 3, but I still believe it.  I think Howard is a great player dont get me wrong, but like I said before, when you have another big defensive body like Perk to guard him, it really lowers his effectiveness.

Doc: rule is nine seconds and under. Foul with less than 9 seconds. "We're not the prettiest team.Clearly But we're grinders."

In the end, mental toughness won out over physical skill. There is no other way to describe it. We played mostly a horrible game for the better part of two and half quarters but when crunch time came, the Magic folded up like a cheap tent. Without being 21-21 at the foul line, we are down 3-2 going back out on the road.

The Magic are bunch of mental midgets. I think they will hand us the series Thursday night. I know to watch this team because they keep right on working.

That said, we will have to play at a higher level next round if we want to continue this magnificant playoff campaign.

Van Gundy started whining again for the refs... this guy's in a mess!! How about Howard getting fouled out in every single game because of his moving screens?? >:(

And how about saying your players and you yourself are huge chokers... BYE BYE MAGIC!!!

Well, Ron Jeremy's going out without any class, whining about the officiating - two fouls he saw, plus the Rondo trey that hit the rim.
