If it happened, then it's mathematically possible. Mark McGwire also hit 70 home runs and Barry Bonds 73. Was that mathematically possible or was something else going on?

Hawks are at least showing some life, up 5 midway through the half.

Pretty good game so far.

I could care less about how Lebron has been playing recently. All he does is stand out near half court and everybody stands there and does nothing. The rest of the team does nothing, and the Cavs barely score 100 points a game playing against the two worst teams in the playoffs. Also, the Hawks have missed like 30 shots 10 feet or less. When the play the Celtics they get all amped up and crazy, yet when they play against Lebron they just stand there with no emotion.

They don't run up the score. Do you even watch the games? This is the first game when the starters have been in during the 4th quarter.

The Cavs are a great team, the best in the East, and you Sir live in a fantasy world.

Honestly this is one of the worst NBA games I've ever watched. All they talk about is Lebron.  Do people want this in the NBA? I don't know. I certainly don't.  I want teams with multiple superstars battling it out going at each other with many many stars in the game. I don't want 1 guy on the court(Lebron) and everybody else play with no effort and do nothing.  This is worse than Jordan. At least the Jordan games were fun because he made a variety of plays and ran around more with more passing. These Lebron games are so boring. He just stands there, everybody stands there, then he takes a 3 or drives to the lane with phantom fouls. And he makes one shot and everybody gasps with air like it is so impossible, like nobody else is making shots in the game. And yes Cavs would run up the score if they could but they are not good enough. They are not even scoring 100 a game, playing weak competition.  Everything the Nuggets are doing is 10 times more exciting, their games are so much better than this Cavs boring games.

The Atlanta crowd is starting the MVP chant for Godsake.

And James had 46 points. That's why they are talking about him.

This is absolute garbage boring basketball. The Pistons and Hawks are not trying whatsoever. When these teams play the Celtics, you could have a 0-82 team go up against Boston and be down like 10-2 and they will be going crazy. Yet when these teams play against Lebron they are not even trying. The NBA is turning into boring uneventful basketball again. Last year was great.  If the Celtics don't win, all we have is the Magic and Nuggets to make this a good year.  The Nuggets are 10 times more exciting than the Cavs, everything they are doing is fun, they are getting everyone involved, they have multiple superstars and nobody wants to talk about them. All anybody wants to talk about is Lebron. At least MJ was fun, this is not. It is boring, and the opposing teams are not even trying. Yeah Atlanta had a chance in the 3rd QTR, how Za Za gets thrown out like that seems weird, yet 1 minute after that play Hubie Brown was talking about how the Hawks lost their composure and the game was over, yet they were down 3. Without Yao, all we have left is the Magic, Nuggets and us. Otherwise this will turn out to be one of the worst NBA years ever.

So what he scored 46 points, he had like 27FG attempts and 15FT attempts. Lebron is standing out there for 15 seconds every possesion and everybody stands and does nothing. Then with 10 seconds on the shot clock he either shoots a 3 or drives to the lane. You like that sort of basketball? I don't. It is boring and uneventful, and you could see the Hawks just going through the motions. Double team Lebron, just run a 2nd guy at him, or play with some energy and excitement. Boring basketball. I don't want to sit for 3 hours talking about one guy as a fan. I want multiple superstars, multiple personalities and guys going at it with each other with many stars and a variety of great plays. Not one guy standing for 15 seconds and then doing the exact same thing every posession.

Yeah a Cleveland team finally winning something (after all the garbage seasons with the Cavs, Browns, and Indians) wouldn't be a good story.

When u win every game by double digit, u don't have to score over 100. Beside, Cavs didn't make the game boring. The weak opponents did.

Cavs is untested so far and that's not a bad thing.

Sorry this is not Cleveland winning a title. It is Lebron. The rest of the team has no personality. They shouldn't even have their name on their back it should just say Lebron's teammate. They are just standing out there watching Lebron. Yes I want Cleveland to be a championship city. The Indians were fun, those late 80's Browns teams were awesome. They were fun teams. This is not a team, its just one guy standing out there doing the same thing every possesion and everybody not even trying acting like it is impossible to stop. Its not impossible. The Celtics won't play like this. Lebron shot 2-18 last year Game 1, worst shooting performance ever because they tried. This is not a fun team nor a fun way to play basketball. Yes Lebron scored 46, the rest of the team scored 51. You like that sort of basketball? I don't. If you want Cleveland to be a championship city do it as a team, not continously talking about one guy. This is not tennis or golf.

Cavs may not lose a game through the playoffs. And you don't have to like LeBron, or the announcers drooling over him for the whole game, but he is amazing.
And the Hawks lead the league in morons.
