Yes the Hawks made the game boring, but nobody made it more boring than Lebron. He ran about 30, yes 30 plays the exact same way. Stood out 5 feet outside the 3 point line for 10 to 15 seconds. Everybody just stood there for 30 possesions with no pass whatsoever for 15 seconds. All 10 players on the court weren't even moving their feet, they were literally standing still. If you add it up it is probably 8-10 minutes of the game where everybody stood still. Then Lebron either shot a 3, or drove, with no 2nd guy running at him. Worst basketball I've ever seen.

So what he scored 46 points, he had like 27FG attempts and 15FT attempts. Lebron is standing out there for 15 seconds every possesion and everybody stands and does nothing. Then with 10 seconds on the shot clock he either shoots a 3 or drives to the lane. You like that sort of basketball? I don't. It is boring and uneventful, and you could see the Hawks just going through the motions. Double team Lebron, just run a 2nd guy at him, or play with some energy and excitement. Boring basketball. I don't want to sit for 3 hours talking about one guy as a fan. I want multiple superstars, multiple personalities and guys going at it with each other with many stars and a variety of great plays. Not one guy standing for 15 seconds and then doing the exact same thing every posession.

All this happens because Lebron is God on an NBA court.  Nobody wants to challenge him because they are afraid Lebron's worshippers (the refs, brainwashed fans, Nike) will go after them.  Remember, Lebron James doesn't commit fouls.  What a normal player does to earn a foul, everyone who sees Lebron do anything gives him a Tommy Point.

Cavs may not lose a game through the playoffs, against the Hawks or Pistons. Yes that is true. Against Orlando, Boston or Denver I don't think so. If they play the Lakers I could care less. Lebron is amazing but the way he plays is extremely boring. At least MJ had a variety of plays, with Lebron it is the same thing every time, and the other players are making him look more amazing by doing nothing but standing around and watching.

That is what I am talking about, nobody(so far) wants to challenge him, that is why it is boring basketball. Do you think nobody wants to challenge the Celtics? People come out of the woodwork to challenge the Celtics, every team tries their best every time out. Think about our playoff run this year and last. Every game was a battle, every starter on the opposing team played every game their was no injuries besides Bynum. Not one game did the other team just lay down and give up. Every game against Lebron so far seems like a give up. I don't want to watch it. I think I could play Lebron better than these people because I would at least try. If nobody wants to challenge him, why am I even watching, and how is this considered a sports event?

One time in high school, LeBron James played the best players in the NBA in a 12 on 1 pickup game where the stars got to have 10 men on the court.  LeBron won by 40.

Do you want to watch all 10 guys on the court stand there from 20 to 8 on the shot clock every single possesion? Is that the kind of basketball you like? How can anybody defend this sort of basketball?

One time in high school, LeBron James played the best players in the NBA in a 12 on 1 pickup game where the stars got to have 10 men on the court. That is funny. But he also shot 2-18 in Game 1 against the Celtics and got outplayed by Pierce and a TEAM of Celtics, that is fun basketball.  This is boring, the guy is not God. You can praise him all you want and put the biggest crown on his head in every one of your posts. All you will be doing is taking away recognition and accomplishments of many other players in sports and many other people in this country.

Stop talking about the same person over and over again. Is this what America and the USA is about?

There is no denying that LeBron is an amazing player.  i would love him on the Cs.  Still, I wish the Hawks would do a little more than stand around and hope that LeBron misses his whacky shots.  I also wish the announcers would stop gushing about LeBron.  Thankfully, my tv comes equipped with a mute button, which I use liberally.
Celtics fan for life.

Lebron alone is just too much for the Hawks. They have nobody to stop him. The injuries don't help, either. Cavaliers is just dominating the playoffs so far.

I wouldn't want Lebron on the Celtics because he is not Celtics basketball. I want team basketball with multiple stars. I don't want one guy and a bunch of people playing 2nd fiddle. Basketball is not a 1 on 1 game, it is 5 on 5. And the Cavs are not dominating the playoffs because they are not playing anybody. The Nuggets are dominating the playoffs.

I agree. And Lebron on the Celtics is a waste of Rajon's talents.

Why are so many people arguing with someone who modeled his screen name after Starbury?  Shouldn't that explaing everything you need to know about him?  Starbury is the worst of the worst in basketball.  The fact that he loves Starbury and has zero capacity to appreciate any talent outside of Boston should tell you all you need to know.

Sorry running the exact same play 20-30 times in a game where all 10 players stand for 10 to 15 seconds is not talent. Make 4 or 5 passes get 3 or 4 players to touch the ball. Its Game 3 against the Hawks get your teammattes involved its not Game 5 of the Finals. Why are you runinng plays in the 1st & 2nd Qtrs against the Hawks, like its Game 7 of the Finals. If your teammattes are outscoring you by 5 points in a game in a series against a hobbled Hawks team that has very little chance to win, come crunch time your teammattes are going to look lost and you won't win the game. Cavs could have easily won this game with Delonte, Z, Varrjeo & Mo all having close to 20 points.  Heart over talent all day.

And I do appreciate talent outside of Boston, its called Melo, Big Shot, K-Mart, Nene, JR, Kleiza, Dantay, AC, oh yeah and Birdman basically.
