That is what it is about math. Its not about saying this play should have gone this way or this play was a foul. Its not about crying into tissues and hitting the enter button. These are stats. All I am typing in are statistical numbers. They are stats about foul calls which includes whether or not the ref blows the whistle. Here are Lebron's 20 game intervals of blocks and steals over his career.
Blocks:13,13,19,13,20,13,7,12,21,14,20,11,17,12,13,15,26,17,20,25,22,28,22,21.
Steals:26,36,33,35,48,47,35,45,31,33,29,32,33,31,29,35,35,46,33,30,41,40,22,33.
Fouls:41,33,42,35,34,44,31,37,53,41,41,46,38,43,45,46,43,46,44,43,40,39,37,22.
The numbers prove I am correct. Why didn't he have 42 blocks and 75 steals in his last interval if he is "playing better defensively". If he had 42 & 75 then those numbers would correlate with the foul call but he doesn't he has roughly the same number. Yes Lebron is playing better but not even close percentage wise to the foul calls. You can look at his scoring, rebounds, assists and every other stat in the world. They are all fairly similiar.
