  • Thank you Eddie!
Who knows... maybe we can make another run in the 3rd.  A comeback today would be a huge confidence killer for the Lebrons come playoff time..

Well, the Cs went on a 14-3 run to end the half.  Not bad -- I like to see our guys giving effort and making progress, although this game is still way out of hand right now.

I am of two minds:
(1) It would be a nice way to end the regular season (give or take a couple games) with a come from behind win in Cleveland, shattering the Cav's confidence along the way.

(2) But (1) is pretty unrealistic, and the danger is that Doc overplays all our starters in a desperate attempt to get the W.

So, I think it would be great to see the Cs come out strong in q3, but if it is still a 20 point lead or so by the beginning of the 4th, I would like to see Doc rest the starters....
Celtics fan for life.

Rondo plays terrible in cleveland, but yet again Ill give cleveland credit..obviously its something theyre doing.

Anyways... is Jeff Van Gundy really questioning whether or not SCOTTIE PIPPEN is a hall of famer? wow, even im insulted..

He did call pierce a hall of famer earlier, but just questioned whether or not scottie pippen is a hall of famer...wow I think hes a definition of a hall of famer

He made a good Celtics related point though, if DJ is not a hall of famer is Scottie?

In other news, that was a terrible half of basketball and they're lucky to be down 19.

Well, the only reason to be worried about this game is the fact that we have to win in cleveland to repeat.. they are just making shots right now....We're really gonna need an uncharacteristic bad shooting night from them at home in the playoffs...my biggest worry is obviously health and the cavs winning in boston...I dont think theres any way we win twice in cleveland

Foul trouble is going to be a bother in the 2nd:

Davis = 2
Perk = 3
Moore = 3
TA = 4

Maybe Scal and KG will have to play some minutes :)
Think we will see some skyWalker in the 2nd when TA is fouled out?

If we win this game I think some of you guys with silly comments like "this game is over at 6 min 1st qtr mark" should really question their basketball and Celtics basketball knowledge.

I agree with Jon Barry. He thinks its over; I think we can make it a respectable loss, maybe even single digits but without KG I don't know about a game 4-style comeback.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Yes, he did make it somewhat celtics related..
I still say its a no brainer scottie pippen is a hall of famer, hes the best SF defender of all time, a 6 time champion, one of the true greats ive ever watched, he made michael jordan a better player..who else can say that?

I obviously think Dj is a hall of famer as well, but who here can honestly tell me Pippen isnt a hall of famer?

And by the way, Mark Jackson and JVG were talking about a game, scottie pippen and jodan vs Lebron and kobe..  MJ and Pippen all day, cmon now

Fun fact in the past 6 seasons, the first place team in the East has only made the Finals once.
