I don't really agree with lifting / increasing the moves cap in the playoffs. Again, in the "real" NBA, teams don't get to make any roster moves. The concept of playoffs is to allow the teams from the regular season to duke it out. Why allow teams to completely change their rosters (or, more likely, constantly rotate one or two players to maximize games played)?
The one move per week allows teams that legitimately suffer injuries to switch in players; that's a max of three moves in the playoffs, which I think is plenty.
I just don't see the pressing need to reward teams with fluid rosters, as opposed to teams with rosters that are set. If people don't like sitting on Earl Boynkins, then don't be so quick to add him when you cycle in new players, or, in the alternative, replace him with one of your moves. I don't see why 2 -- or especially, more than 2 -- roster moves is wise, let alone necessary.
