Having been a Celtics fan for 30+ years now, I have seen just about everything. Most of it great, too much of it not. This team right now is obviously out of synch, without intensity and a chaos on the court. It will end and our boys will return to form. I have no doubt.

Will it be too late though, that's the question. I was not shocked to see a bit of a letdown after the Lakers loss, but to see it last so long with no obvious signs of things getting back to championship level play...well, that is just twisting my stomach night after night.

Perhaps it is stupid optimism, but I still think the Celtics have the talent to put things right and make a strong run in the postseason. What amazes me is Pierce...he does not seem to really be "into it" out there. How can that be?

Doc Rivers - never my favorite, but due his credit for last season - is confused, clearly. Leaving an ice cold Eddie House out there in these games is ridiculous. I am not sure if Doc has lost control of this team or what, but someone has to step up and get things back in control.

Of course, if someone had told me we would be 29-9 in January I would have been ok with that...before the season started  :D

Amazing what Cleveland did to us tonight without Z, one of their key players. Wow, 7 losses out of the last 9 games. This team is laughable right now. Now I am just waiting to read the tired and lack of practice excuses.

portland withOUT roy...houston withOUT mcgrady...

Teams have figured how to beat the Celtics--take out one of their key players.

i'm standing on the bridge right now, but honestly, last year when we were still hungry, had james posey, and won the championship.... we still never beat them in cleveland.

Guys... no excuses.  The Cavs would have won this game even if we weren't "slumping".  They simply are a better team with the best player in the world.

If we sign a couple guys to address our bench issues, get our confidence back and play with some energy... we have a shot of beating them in the playoffs.   But right now the Cavs are hands down a better team.

Don't forget that even when we were a champion and the Cavs were a lot worse, they came 5 points from defeating us and beat us every game in Cleveland.

And Glenn walks off the floor with a big smile on his face.

I would love to have a guy like Anderson Verajao on the Celtics, despite the flopping. Ray Allen is now 16-63 in the last six games!!!!!!
