I've got a pretty tidy system that takes most of the typing out of it.  All I have to do is type in the # of TPs for an individual once they've been inserted on the list.  The names on the list are all linked to member's profiles (did you know this?  :D ), so I don't have to track everyone down.  My handy dandy spreadsheet dumps it all into code so that it looks pretty. 

But, yeh, the more people there are on the list the longer it takes.

I love keeping stats though, so it's fun to see the results when I can find the time.
