redz, you don't want mike beasley.

where is dark lord to help me with the jedi mind tricks?

sorry for being late.....

but i want all the posters to know, the dark side of the force is now in the thread and my abilities have been passed to maestro for the draft, as i do not wish to participate ;)

you hear that redz? *you don't want michael beasley, you want to trade him to the lakers* :D

Minnesota Timberwolves select Mickael Gelabale.

i was going to pick him, but he tore his acl at the end of last season. i suppose, if you're going for young talent it shouldn't matter too much as he could make a full recovery and become solid back-up to lebron.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Gerald Green or Steve Francis is available for a very old SG or a very old PG.  ;)

Isn't Steve Francis a very old SG who thinks he's a PG?

Well, the man is younger than Ray, KG and Paul...

My god, really? Man it just goes to show you that hate only brings you pain.

Man, I forgot about that.  Either way... I needed a guy that had some NBA experience, and Gelabale has had some moments of very solid play when given minutes.  I guess ACL an all, I'm still happy with getting him in the 13th.

Hi all, I'm back. Girlfriend took me off on surprise vacation to London for my 30th birthday. I did send the commissioner a draft list at one point, but, looking back, I should have been clearer about the length of my absence. Just as well, I think the only player I missed out on was Wilson Chandler.

Anyway, this is just a long-winded way of saying, sorry for any needless delays my absence cause.

With the 25th pick in the 11th round the Memphis Grizzlies select Chuck Hayes. Furthermore, the team is very excited to get a rotation player of his caliber at this point in the draft.

WalkerWiggle --- don't know if you realized it or not but you also have the 6th pick in the 12th round to make at any time.

nice pick up on Chuck Hayes

The Warriors having just traded Yi Jianlian fill his role with the best athletic 7 footer available in Alexis Ajinca. Anytime you can draft the best 7 foot french man available you have to take it Vive la France.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Ajinca's been on my board for a while.  Not a bad pick this late.... I just needed someone with SOME nba experience.

I like Ajinca, especially in the 13th round.  Just don't expect much of a contribution this year; he averaged 5.0 points per game in a pretty poor French league, so it's doubtful he has any impact in the NBA for now.

Remember I am trading 14(16), 14(17), 15(15) for ANY 13th ROUNDER I don't care what pick it is.

Even a very early 14th rounder.
