The Miami Heat select:

10th round: Josh Childress

11th round: George Hill

You got a reply from Bring Back Antoine?

It's past 3...I'm assuming that's the league taking over.

Yep, Commissioner picks.

last pick in the round is an exception right?

Going to see tropic thunder in 15 minutes, and as going to wait to make my pick till i got home and could come the remaining players (i have pick 30 of this round).

Just so you know, at 7:00, the team with the 1st pick in the next round can start, even if some GMs have not picked in the previous round.

Two announcements from the Commish's office in my living room

1) The Heat are now for sale to a new owner.  Please PM me

2) I will take trade offers on all players on the Heat.  (any trade made from this office will be approved by the Mod table)

Was thinking of picking him but I have enough SF's and SG's already.

Was thinking of him 40 picks ago.  If he can stay healthy he's a great 6th man.  Plus, he puts up good numbers on bad teams, and I happen to have a bad team.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Nuggets select: Daniels, Marquis

Bibby/Gibson
Bell/Daniels/Reddick
Jefferson/Moon
Brand/Millsap
Mutombo/O'Bryant

Daniels was a good pick. JJ Reddick has done absolutely nothing to prove he's worthy of a spot on an NBA roster, let along a prime rotation slot. Thats not to say he never will, he just hasn't yet.

he needs to smear his feet with that quicksilver from the comcast commericals, mabey then he'll be able to get his own shot and play defense.

reddick isn't that bad... chill out. he often torches me in 2k8.

in my NBA2k8, gabe pruitt is better than ray allen in 2 years.

While i hope our real life gabe can achive a 96 overall rating, i don't see it happening, much like i don't see a long career in the NBA for JJ happining.

Here's hoping they both prove me wrong in real life  ;D

I don't I hope Gabe Pruitt is a 96 out of a 100 player in another year, and I won't mind if Reddick is outta the league.

Another point though. What in the world are the magic even doing with him? He's buried on their depth chart. They won't trade him, they won't waive him. Its like he's being held hostage in SVG's doghouse.

I wonder that myself IP. I don't get it either. They refuse to play him but they won't get rid of him either. I'm not sure what they're waiting on. I actually liked watching Reddick in college which is a rare opinion for me on Duke players. He's one of 3 Duke players I ever enjoyed watching along with Hill and Battier. I'd like to see him somewhere else because I'm still not sure whether he can play or not.
