I'll PM him, should I just post my pick tentatively?

Is the pick due?  Definitely PM wdleehi, but I don't see a problem with it.

(I'd hold off on picking until you hear from wdleehi, though.  Check to see if he's in the chat room.)

Nice pick, Edgar. [Dunleavy]  I think he was probably the best player left on the board.  Another underrated player.

I like the pick too. I'm surprised he slipped to the early 4th. I find myself thinking about him circa Golden St., but he's improved.

question though --- as a retired player, could someone draft Mike Dunleavy Sr. if they thought he -- or a guy like Chris Ford --- could add more to the team as a security long range bomber than a guy like Gerald Green.

can we draft retired players -- recently or not?  I imagine that's what might keep the 13/14/15 rounds interesting.

I gave permission to pick.  The two need to work out a co-ownership deal.

Yes, so long as people remember that they're drafting the player in his current condition, and not during his prime.

Also, remember that just because you draft somebody doesn't mean that they'll agree to a contract.

I forgot about him, although I wouldn't have picked him anyways.
