Lamar Odom is available for an ideal PF chosen within the first 3 rounds.

Based upon how popular Lamar is on this blog, I would expect suitors to be lining up around the block.

I'll offer your Tony Battie and a 15th rounder. ;)

IF you threw Haslem into that mix we could begin a conversation. ;)

Haha.  Now why would I want to go and pollute my championship squad with a Laker?

I can do Ty thomas and one TP
Lamar Odom as tradable as curry......so perseverance will pay for u

Curry couldn't hold Odoms jock strap. I wouldn't trade him without retaining full value because I don't mind popping him back on the bench if that doesn't happen. The man plays 4 positions and solid D

Wait...  Lamar Odom?  Four positions?  When somebody was trying to say that about Artest, I let it go.  But Odom?  Nah...

Well, in terms of Celtic slayers, if you want to be the best, you have to beat the best, right?  Wooooo!

;)

As for the second point, as always, Portland reiterates its position that its not scared of any team in this league.

just an update into the situation in Indi...

StartOrien (the Pacers official GM) is back and ready to listen to trade requests. I will listen as well though i'll just end up forwarding them.

I believe my new position is Director of Scouting/Assistant Executive Director of Basketball Operations/Draft Pick Announcer, haha.

looking to trade up to the top of Round 11 (top 3 pick)  offering Round 11 Pick 24, Round 12 Pick 7

I've got the 12th pick in the round. If that works for you, PM me. I'm most likely going to move this pick.

Wait...  Lamar Odom?  Four positions?  When somebody was trying to say that about Artest, I let it go.  But Odom?  Nah...

I could keep going Roy...

" Q - In your rookie season you played the point, is that the most that you have played the pure point in the NBA and did you think about it?

A - It is the most I played point guard after the All-Star break for the whole end of the year, but I’m ready and willing to do anything. My position is play maker, whether it’s power forward or the point guard, small forward, whatever, I feel like I can guard 4 four positions, so whatever positions you can guard, I think that is a position that you are able to play. So I’m ready to do anything, I’m just looking forward to getting out there, to get with the team and make this team a better one."

(Lamar at a press conference ((nba.com))

"Odom is also one of the few players who can also play any of the 5 positions of the NBA. He can dribble the ball up the court in traffic and make quick decisions like a point guard, shoot long distance and carry a team with drives and quick cuts like a shooting guard, inbound, passes from long distance and shoot threes like a small forward, can hit the small jumper from 15 feet like a power forward and can post up and dunk like a center. In addition, his length has allowed him to become a proficient shot blocker of late, establishing him as one of the Lakers' premier defenders." (wikipedia.org)

"Can play a number of different positions, but has largely become a power forward at this point. Has developed his frame and has excellent length. Athletic, but not quite to the point that it helps define his game. Shows a very good first step. More fluid and skilled than explosive. Possesses a smooth left handed stroke with NBA range. Doesn’t always shoot a consistent percentage from deep. Capable of bringing the ball up the floor and playing a point forward role. Handles the ball as well as most point guards. Uses his size as an advantage when distributing the ball. " (draftexpress.com)

Also, to heat things up a little b/c we've gotten quite a few offers about him:

We're open to trading Rasheed Wallace.

I will also add I think he's a perfect compliment to Sam Dalembert so we're not going to give him away.
