Spurs send: 6th rounder (13) 8th rounder (22) 12th rounder (22)

Magic send: 6th rounder (5) 14th rounder (17)

Ouch.  Looks like trade value in this round just went up significantly.

I have a feeling a recent game is going to hurt me here...

Man, I am *so* not paying attention here.

Pending these next two picks the 6/7 will be available.

PM me if you're interested, I'd like to have something set-up for if the player I want is selected 6/5 or 6/6.

Although unlikely, I hope the Spurs pick before the 1:50 deadline...

I'm getting anxious over here :(

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Quote
But what had to make Thorn choke on his Cheerios even more Sunday morning back in the States was the sight of his newest prize acquisition, Yi Jianlian, looking even worse than those smog-filled panoramas you keep seeing on the broadcasts out of Beijing.

Six times Yi put the ball in the air, and six times he missed. Take away that 0-for-6 first half, and the Chinese were just one made bucket away from shooting 50 percent from the field.

And somewhere, former U.S. Olympian Richard Jefferson had to shake his head wondering how in the wide, weird world he was traded for someone who looked so lost on such a massive stage.

Yi, to put it politely, looked horrible before salvaging a little respect with a late offensive flurry in the fourth quarter after the Americans' 101-70 victory had long been decided.

like that is always lethal." - Evan 'The God' Turner

Well, I did need a big man and I thought he was the one that had the most upside/ potential.

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
Everyone calm down. He picked athletic 20 year old 7 footer who can shoot. I don't think he looked that terrible, he had a put back dunk on Carlos Boozer, and then looked real good in mop up duty. You  have to remember that team USA has the best players in the world and Yi will not be facing that kind of talent game in and game out in the NBA.

I say good pick (I was gonna pick him myself because I believe he's well suited for an uptempo style, which he showed in garbage time).
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19
