Is it e legal pick to pick at 7pm provided the person ahead of you has picked? Or has the Commish decreed that we wait.

Well, IP has picked, and Hobbs is next on the clock. He says he'll make a selection in a few minutes, but he's under no obligation to do so.

Yeah, I'll be picking shortly, around 7:30.  I've fallen in love with one player in particular for  my team, but I'm probably drafting him too high.  Thus, why I'll listen to trade offers.  Otherwise, I'm good.

C:
PF: Amare Stoudemire
SF: Rudy Gay
SG: Andre Iguodala
PG:

The Portland Trailblazers have one of the youngest, most athletic, most versatile rosters in the NBA. Amare is a beast in the post, and Iggy and Gay are both two-way players who can shoot, rebound, and pass.  Fans of the franchise should be absolutely ecstatic right now.

Definitely pleased that Redd fell to me in the second round.

I've got 3 more picks to make in the round. I'll be back online later this evening, in case things should get to me (I'm at #9, #11, and #16).

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
AP- The Fake Phoenix Suns' CEO and Chief of Basketball operations, Alex Grady, recently commented on his team's first two choices. "Well, we're going to build the team the right way. People say there was better talent on the board, and but I say they're short sighted. I'm going to pick a basketball team that is strong both on the court and off the court. Brandon Roy is a hell of a guy. A real stand up, but no comedian. And Caron Butler, well I guess they call him "tough juice", and let me tell you folks, thats enough for me." When asked about leaving acclaimed and versatile scorer Tracy McGrady on the board, he had only one comment. "His nickname is T-Mac. I think he's got it tattoed on his body somewhere. T-Mac. You gotta be kidding me."

Because of the recent fan outrage that GM KCatthestripe lacked the forethought to protect his 2nd round picks, the rookie GM held a press conference after the end of the first round. He had this to say:

"Oops!"

The Wizard fan base was excited to see that Chris Bosh would be joining the Black White and Gold next season. Atthestripe had promised to build from the inside out while forging a team that could run and defend. When asked how the team planned to do that with no pick to grab some of the excellent players left in the second an early third rounds, Assistant Coach Mr. Wizard said " We'll think of something..."

Assistant Coach John Wooden reminded the Wizards fans that " Hateration is not part of the pyramid of success" to which a disgruntled fan responded, " Neither is a twelfth tier point guard!". Wooden responded by throwing one of his championship rings through the webbing between the index and the thumb as the fan was high-fiving his friend in celebration of their sick burn. The press conference quickly devolved from there.

good picks good picks everyone, but i'm still baffled at the monta ellis pick. redd slipping that far is a shocker. theres a few other players till undrafted that i would draft much higher than some of these players.

Become Legendary.

Was being the key word there. Caron Butler is a model NBA citizen. Unless you mean Tracy McGrady. Then I don't care.
