sucks i missed this. i've been largely inactive as of late.

is there gonna be a celticsblog ultimate fantasy commissioner this year?

Stick around for the draft.  If anyone misses their 1st round pick, we are giving away their team to the best candidate asking for it.

I guess the comment from Who about Howard's lack of touches actually brings up an important question.

Are we allowed creative freedom with our team's style and identity?  I figure Howard could average an extra 3-4 points per game and would develop much faster if his team didn't jack up so many threes.  Am I allowed to argue that Howard achieves more on my team with the Magic, because I run the team differently than Stan Van Gundy?

At this point you should tell him that you will turn this draft around and we won't draft at all unless he stops asking (although I strongly agree with starting now)

You are allowed to argue it, but without the three point shooters he gets doubled more which would hurt his ppg. You are allowed to play any style you want and should pick a conduvice style to your team and use that in your final statement about the merits of your team (we did htose last year).

Hey, SVG, the Magic Coach , who is skating on thin ice b/c he won't wear a tie, takes umbrage with those comments :)

but yeah, my understanding is you buid a team w/ your own style, chemistry, etc.

Gotcha, thanks.  I fully intent to have guys that can spread the floor... just not a full team of guys itching to pull the trigger when there is a beast camped out in the paint waiting for the ball.

Stupid Question #29,139,020,983 --- I just want to verify that the pick time is E.S.T

I'm a bit confused as to why my time stamp seems to be an hour earlier (i.e. it says 11:10 and it's 12:10) than E.S.T.... I just don't want that penalizing my pick. I think i found it in the Profile preferences.

can anyone explain for a TP?

The commish top 10 of the day.  (get used to it.  I get bored not having picks)

1)  Lebron
2)  Paul
3)  Howard
4)  Duncan (if you are going to go old, get the guy that wins titles every other year)
5)  KG
6)  Kobe
7)  Williams
8)  Wade
9)  Yao
10) Amare

Has nothing to do with how I think the draft may go or info I may have received from posters.

Anyone that sees a time stamp from another time zone, have no fear, I see all post with time stamps of the Eastern time zone.
