I'm predicting Batum for us...what do you guys think?

That's who I'm hoping for.

I am officially adopting Portland as my Western Conference team to lose to the Celtics in the Finals next year.

I don't want them anywhere near the finals.  They scare me more than any team in the West.
Ditto

That wouldn't be a good matchup for the Celtics. The only good matchup they got is Paul Pierce, Portland don't have anyone who can guard him yet (Webster and Outlaw improving fast).

Portland has a good chance of winning the West too.

Man ... if he's still there at 30, I'd love Batum! (Crosses fingers)

  • The good ole days.
I really want the Cs to take someone that can contribute now.  It seems that there will be some out there.  Start drafting for the future in a year or two.  Win more titles now.

too much youth --- but they are going to be great to watch

Right. I doubt they get out of the second round as is.

  • Let's Go Celtics
Chips falling for CDR to be around at 30?  That would be ideal for the Celts in my eyes.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Nets have the most young, ambiguous, big man talent in the league: Krstic, Sean Williams, Boone, Jianlian, now Lopez and Anderson.

If he falls to #30 (which he won't) he's a no brainer.
