Rustu was injured this season he is lucky he made it to the Euro. During the game i had the same question .... What did he do after Barca..

So far it doesn`t look like a comfortable German win. Who would have thought! Germans are lucky to have equalized. But it was a nice goal same as the one against Portugal. It seems it`s something they work on during practice
Lahm seems to struggle against Kazim and Balack hasn`t touched the ball to far. Germany is still the favorite though.

On the Ronaldo issue spanish media claim that Real offers 85mil Euro. How can anyone worth 85mil ?

Have you heard the Swiss national tv slogan?
"Our broadcasts have as many holes as our cheese"

I'm just glad we got to see Lahm's goal, would have been nice to see all the goals, but that may be asking too much.

lahm's goal was great. i'm going on record to say lehmann is the worst goalkeeper in this tournament, and the funny thing is, the 2 backing him up are actually better!

germany were lucky, but turkey didn't create anything really and in the end, germany wins.

as for the worldwide power feed that was lost, that's inexcusable. i've been largely disappointed with the way this tournament has been hosted to be honest and that summed it up for me.

Well disappointing to miss so much of the match. Germany head through to the Finals. Turkey gave it a good go.

Who`s right about the lightening  storm. Still it`s not an excuse. If instead of the Swiss tv is was the polish tv or tc budapest everyone would have jumped at them.

The first half was excellent. The pace droped a little at the second but the final 15 mins were thrilling.

When Kloze scored the second i was sure that the game was over. I never expected Turkey to equalize. Big respect for them. Germany in the last game game a big excuse. They played the whole game with 10 players. (unless you think that Ballack played yesterday).

Russia  looks better than Spain and Germany.
Germany knows how to win tournaments
Spain has better quality in the roster (but not as good team and they are loosers)

I`d like Russia to win it.

Useless info of the day : In 2004 Greece at the same time was Euro Champion in both football and basketball and had won the eurovision song contest. Today 2008 Russia has already won Eurobasket and Eurovision. What`s next ?  ;D

too close to call for me.

both very evenly matched, but russia has a vast coaching edge.

I expect a very even contest between two attacking sides with both sides creating a lot of chances. I'm going to pick Spain because I think they're more likely to take their chances.

It's anybody's game and the score could be anything. Finishing will be huge, I think it'll be the primary deciding factor, finishing rather than say defense. Both sides have proven they can create chances against one another and Russia is playing far superior football than their first meeting so they'll likely create even more than before. So if both can get inside the defense and get good shots, it'll be about who makes the most of those shots.

too close to call for me.

I wouldn`t be fun to predict otherwise LOL

PS Arsha is heading to barcelona.... Bad move. Arsenal would be the best place for him

Useless stats time :
Spain has two semifinal appearances and won both (euro 64 and euro 84)
On the other hand Russia`s biggest asset Hidding in two semis (wc98 and wc02) lost them both
