The Bucks do not like the Heat deal. If they did this would be over with by now.

Now I do not think Stevens trades Brown at all and he tries to bring in fringe pieces in FA to help but it would be very very concerning going into the regular season with Queta and Garza as your center depth.

I love JT but him coming back is not going to solve all the problems. Brown is not going to have another regular season like his did (and he usually disappears in the playoffs). So you are stuck with the same mix, the same issues, the same tired play style and the same first or second round exit.
