I am watching a clip of Perk on his podcast Road Trippin'.

So Q-Rich and J-Wall were on with Perk. All 3 of them thought Jaylen was talking his way out of BOS. Openly questioning whether any of this Giannis trade noise would be happening if Jaylen wasn't making noise (unhappy noises) on his podcast. J Wall in particular felt that Jaylen wanted his own team and it was time for him to go.

All of 3 were dead against Jaylen's live streaming. Saying that would have been a no-go in their day in their locker rooms. No way would they tolerate a player voicing that much stuff about what is happening. They would never know if they could trust him. Perk had said this before. Interesting to hear Q-Rich and Wall agree with him.

All 3 but especially Perk were offended by Jaylen's comments about it being his favourite year. Perk talked about being injured, seeing the Celtics do well and how it hurt him because he wasn't apart of it. That it would have killed him to have someone like Rondo come out and say it was favourite time (without Perk). They also could not understand why JB's favourite season wasn't the won where he won the Finals MVP. Wall in particular there.

Yeah. Those are comments you can make after you've retired man. You can't make those negative comments right after losing Game 7 of the playoffs.

Him and Kyrie are one and alike.

Def agree with this take. I?m a fan of JB on the court, much like I?m a fan of Kyrie on the court. Off the court? Not so much

All that for nothing. Enjoy mediocrity, Giannis and Bam.

Now we have a big JB problem.

Do we KNOW this. I see a lot of people assuming it, but I think if they offer him an extension he accepts it and its all fine.

Same lame style of play with 60 3s a game with a guy that disappears in the playoffs. Absolutely no front court whatsoever.

Fire Brad! 🤬

Should have thrown in Hugo! Miami gets Giannis for Herro + spare parts, 3 firsts, a swap and a second.

What a disaster.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

All this because they did not want to part with Hugo. What an epic failure.

If Hugo was the piece that prevented this trade from going through that is just insane.

Shams Charania: The Celtics aggressively pursued Giannis, offering Milwaukee a package featuring 2024 Finals MVP Jaylen Brown and two first-round picks, sources tell ESPN.

If JB felt slighted before the offseason, I would wager this whole thing with Giannis just made it a lot worse. Wonder if he outright asks to be traded at this point.

I have said it all along...I still do not think Brown gets traded. There is no one out there that can fetch the return Boston needs.

I think Jaylen signs the 2-year extension this summer and is back next year.

This is exactly what is going to happen.

These Jaylen comments feel like overreactions. He will remain here and be fine with it, especially if they offer him the extension

Now Brad has to figure it out with the TPE, MLE and dangling Hauser, White and/or picks to add a center, and a guard/wing. Or 2 centers and a guard/wing with some creativity

If it's reported by Shams that Miami said "done deal if you include Hugo", I will agree with you.  But, it sounds like Milwaukee preferred the Heat as soon as they included KJ.

It really doesn?t seem like money is the most important thing to JB. We know winning championships isn?t since that was not his favorite season. It really seems like being the #1 option and in the MVP conversation is what matters most to JB.  Brad has tried to trade him twice now. First for KD and now for Giannis. I?m not sure Jaylen will be able to let go of that.
