The only way that OKC can do this trade is if they get under the 2nd apron, and maybe under the first.  They would have to renounce the club options on Hartenstein, Dort and K. Williams, plus trade something like Holmgren, Jaylin Williams, Wallace, and McCain, in order to match salaries.  That is a lot go give up.
