Just read that Ohtani is being sued for 240 million in Hawaii..dude got out of gambling charges so he will get out of this..MLB don?t want their #1 player tarnished the game

I don't think the league will do anything about this.  It's a civil matter, and even if proven, isn't something that carries the same weight as a criminal case.

I'm telling you this guy has skeletons in his closet. The league is all over gambling and somewhat targeting guys (like the Guardians pitchers) but they shut Ohtani's gambling case in just 48 hours. He obviously has the starpower and influence that he's protected very hard by the MLB

And I'm sure this time around Ohtani was clueless about everything and it was this agent who conducted everything behind his back

They shut down the gambling case because it was pretty clear from the getgo Ohtani was a victim.  Not sure about this one, but I will be surprised if the plaintiffs get anywhere near $240 million.  Sounds to me like they had a business idea that went nowhere for ten years, they brought Ohtani in to save it, and then another other business partner cut these two out and kept Ohtani because these two had not added any value in a decade.
