Still early. Easy to feel disappointed before you know how they end up.  I think my disappointment will be in play if they don?t get a #1 receiver. AJ Brown is still in play and I?m not giving up hope for that to happen. 

I agree with Phantom that a TE to back Henry would be a priority - idk what might be available in the draft. Same goes for O-line and edge rusher.

I guess my bottom line is that it?s a disappointing off-season if they don?t add a #1 receiver and strengthen the o-line. A TE who can run block also sounds good to me.

Pats signed Kevin Byard to a one year deal.  He's a good player and an excellent teammate.
Byard is a bit older and safety isnt exactly a premium position, but this seems like a crazy bargain. $9 million for a 1st team all-pro safety???

Didn't the Pats lose Jaylinn Hawkins to the Ravens?  Is this just a short term replacement and then maybe draft a safety along the way?

Probably. Hes 32 and its a 1 year deal. I just dont get how the heck he didnt have bigger money offers.
