According to a source, the Patriots have checked in on and shown interest in free agent receiver Romeo Doubs.

It remains to be seen if a deal gets done, but Mike Vrabel?s team continues to explore the receiver free agent market.

Solid player, but with Diggs gone, the team needs a No. 1 receiver, which Doubs isn't.

Well, the Pats spent last year on the defense. Was hoping they would spend some on the offense this year after making the SB, but it doesn?t seem to be going in that direction.

Yeah, seems like they're gonna rely on the draft to improve the O-line and TE, which is expecting too much, IMO.

It is only the first day of the off season.  So far, all they are doing to replacing players that are not coming back.  I don't mind what they have done so far but expect it only to be a start, only a fraction of all the transactions/additions.

Perhaps AJ Brown is still in play since I haven't heard much news about him yet. There's also Doubs that they're trying to pry over
